The free online services includes one free user per account and have advertisement
included.
To use the online services follow the steps below:
- Register for a
free account .
- Go to your account console.
- In the console add services to your account.
- Launch and login into your new service applications.
- Start working.
The price for each additional user is 120 Euros per Year. No advertisement
is shown if you have at least one paid user.
To add users you must go to your account console and create a new order of type
"Increase User Quota".
The non worker or indirect users, for example your customers or agents, are not
accountable for your user quota. This means that you do not need to pay for each
customer or agent that registers in your applications.
The free account is deleted if there is no user inactivity for 30 days. If
you have more than one user the account is maintained active for at least 12 months
since the last user quota increase even with no user activity.

Our consulting services are available to design, implement and test your ideas with
WinSaaS.
For very small projects (less than 40 man hours) we recommend you to try the following
implementation process:
- Start the process by contacting us by email or telephone.
- Send to us your business specifications (max. 2 pages for business specification
and 1 page for data model).
- Send to us your layout and style specifications or use our default layouts and styles. We do not do custom web design.
- We send to you a project plan with time and costs.
- You approve the plan.
- We build it and deploy the software to our servers for you to test online.
- You test it online.
- If not correct we iterate 3 times (design, code and test).
- If you are satisfied then pay us and we send to you the software.

1 Year of Level 1 - Professional Support
- 150 EUR by year.
- Contact by email and 10pm to 6pm (GMT) telephone.
- 4 Incidents by year. High priority. No patches or migration support included. Response
in less than 24 hours or no charge. Incidents do not accumulate to next year.
1 Year of Level 2 - Professional Support
- 500 EUR by Year.
- Contact by email and 10pm to 6pm (GMT) telephone.
- 12 Incidents by year. High priority. Patches and migration support included. Response
in less than 12 hours or no charge. Incidents do not accumulate to next year.
